I purchased carpet for three bedrooms in my home from Carpet Giant. The quality of the carpet is fine, the price was fair (probably cheaper than Home Depot) and they installed the carpet within a week (which is ultimately why we chose them). Two installers came to install the carpet and I was unpleasantly surprised by the quality of their work. Seams were visible, there were many, many pulls in the carpet, in one room there was an entire wall length of carpet that wasn't tacked down and the carpets were a mess because they didn't vacuum. I called the store and they sent the installers back to fix everything immediately. The carpet looked better when they fixed it up but I am still finding pulls in the carpet. Would probably not use Carpet Giant again.
