To start off, their prices are outrageous. If you look online or at any other bike shop you will find what you are looking for much cheaper. They also charge alot for labor, which I wouldn't mind if they did anything right. I had a chain installed and not even 5 minutes after riding my bike, the back wheel moved forward because they didn't tighten it correctly. A friend of mine had them install a set of cranks and they were spaced wrong and rubbed on the frame of the bike. As far as I know, Solon Bicycle has not done anything about it. The employee's aren't very helpful or friendly, and neither is the owner, Dan. I will never go to this shop again, and I would advise you don't either.
