This company has extremely poor customer relation practices. After giving them a $942.30 deposit and being told our system would be in within 7 days, I never heard from them again untill I called12 days later to follow up and check on the status. I was told it was in route and they would call me Wednesday. I didn't hear from them, so I called them on Friday and tried to explain that I needed purfied water in my home. The women I spoke to and part owner of the company got verbally upset with me and said, ""Your accusing me of taking your money"" , which is what they did and I asked again when would this system would be installed. First ,she was very belligerant,second ,she has no communication skills, third ,she lost this sale .This is not a good way to stay in business. more
