I was a listener of 107.1 and was so disappointed.
I used Dr. Shamblott office because of the radio ad. Being fearful of a Dentist is a real feeling for alot of people. I was one of them. Since this experience, I have not seen a dentist, I relived every feeling I had
as a child.
Not only was the experience painful, I went back and forth over a 4 week period, but I got an infection, and could not even get the Dentist office to call me back. My own doctor stepped in to prescribe medicine.
I paid a higher price than any other quote I had gotten and even after I complained about the service I received no compensation for the poor follow through. Still today the tooth is not ok, one side has a larger gap than the other side. I would never recommend this office or the radio station which I no longer listen to.
