I have received the worst service in my life from your hair shop in Orange, CT on Feb 26, 2012. This was my fifth and the very last visit. Every time I wonder why we go back, the service is terrible and there is always a long wait, but there is simply no alternative close by. Today it was simply too much, long wait, terrible tensions between employees, constant arguments between employees and customers: I do not even know how this shop is allowed to operate honestly. It so not managed at all, it feels like a bad zoo! I consider that an employee called Denise in particularly rude and unprofessional, that women should either take some days off to relieve her stress or should choose some other job since services which actually require interaction with people may just not be the best choice for her. The part I hated most was when that Denise started to talk against other employees and her manager: we customers do not really care about the bad management or her hell at work, we are there just for our children haircut! This salon should be reorganized, please take my advice and do not go there, it is not worth your money and time! Even one star is too much here, AVIOD THIS SALON is all you need to remember!\r
