They have an inhouse collector named Stacy who calls and calls even though they can easily verify with the insurance co that the claim has not been paid.
The service itself was run by a man named Tony who was just a car salesmen trying to charge as much as he could for anything he could because as he explains it the insurance co will pay for everything.Finally fired them and hired a professional for a 2nd opinion.
