I have been on the fence about American Eye Care's Service for the last year.\r

I am no longer on the fence! After my last few experiences, I am seeking a new provider! \r

The doctor's on staff are great.... but ....the front desk needs a whole lot of improvement. \r

Can we say scheduling errors. And don't call on the phone either, you will be on hold forever, then you are 'accidently' disconnected. When you finally get someone on the phone they act like they don't want to be bothered with you. Oh, and don't leave a message for them to call you back and actually expect them to ever call you back!\r

It is a shame because American Eye Care used to be a business that I recommend to anyone. Not anymore....
