I had a horrible experience from this Bounce time party rental. Starting with the person who delivered it, a very unprofessional lady yelling at her helpers that were unloading the jumpy and when she arrived said that her tip was not included in the price i had paid for the rental. She kept repeating the same thing over and over. Even when she left she repeated about her tip and that we could give her a tip when she comes to pick up th jumpy. Then i had to call the bounce rental because the jumpy was really muddy and wet and there was water dripping everywhere and it smelled really bad. The same person came back a few hours later claiming that the jumpy was wet because the concrete was wet. I told her her jumpy was wet from the inside and from the outdie dripping it came that way. And it smelled really bad . Then she asked again about her tip and said i could just pay her the tip when she comes to pick up the jumpy. She asked what time my party was going to be over i said i had already discussed that when i rented it and said 7 so they could come after 7. I got a call around 3 the driver left a message saying thta she was going to pick up the jumpy the next day in the morning. Then i get a phone call the day of my party at 10 pm saying she is coming to pick up the jumpy and she will be there at 10:30 pm. Then when she gets there my husband answered the door and she asked for her tip and said it was 15%. My husband said no i have no tip for you my wife already paid for the rental. Horrible experience this company is unprofessional and i do think that 10:30 pm is too late to come by and pick up a jumpy. I cant believe she was demanding a tip after we had paid full price for the rental.
