On 2/17/12 we were traveling through Wausau on the way to visit our daughter who is a student at LeCordonBlue in Eagan, MN.\r

It was a little before 1pm and the restuarant was not very busy. The 5 of us were seated promptly. Our order was taken, beverages brought. We thought all was well. After about an hour we started noticing that tables that were seated after us were already leaving and we still didn't have our food. That the tables all around us had a basket of dinner rolls, but we didn't, even though we had ordered fish fry, fried shrimp and 2 filet mignon. When we inquired with our server Nicole, she practically screamed at us, stating indignatly that ""rolls are by request ONLY"". Since we are not ""locals' how are we supposed to know this?\r

The reason given as to why this lunch took more than 1-1/2 hours from start to finsh was that the steak was ordered ""well done"" and that's how long it takes...\r

When the cashier asked ""how was everything"" I told her how unhappy we were with the service, and that I'm going to do a review. The cashier mocked me and sarcastically said ""Oh- I am SO afraid"". I told her Social Media is very powerful and we left. So you decide- We will never come back.
