Imagine Photography has a great website with lots of information BUT- getting a response from them is almost impossible. My daughter was a resident at a Nampa nursing home and had pictures taken by Imagine Photography in early December 2011. The proof & an order package was given to her the middle of December but we didn't have a chance to order one of their packages before she passed away at Christmas. \r

I have left a voice mail and sent a minimum of 4 e-mails through their website with no response of any kind!!! This was the last very nice picture of my daughter before she died and I wanted to buy a package to be sure her children and the rest of the family has that nice memory of her- rather than the tough times! \r

I work in the customer service arena and know that word of mouth will kill your business if you do not respond to questions or concerns. I definitely would not recommend this business to anyone.
