In response to Mr. Bruce Jordan of 72-38 113th Street Apt 5D Forest Hills, New York 11375 comment about our company please let me clear this matter up. A check in the dollar amount of a whopping $407.60 was sent to the above address on January 17, 2012. Mr. Jordan called our office to remind us to send him his check a phone call was never placed back to him because we knew that the phone call and the check had crossed paths. To our surprise he is sueing our fine company for the whopping $407.60. This matter will be put to bed today with two simple steps 1- Put stop payment on the original check that is floating somewhere out there 2- Issue him a new check immediately and put tracking on it so we can monitor the envelope movement from our office. Please let me end by saying that a phone conversation could have resolved this a whole lot quicker. Further more Bruce Jordan was not a very nice person to deal with he was very aggressive on the phone coming off like a wannabe cowboy on the telephone but that is only my opinon. We do wish him well................
