i am in my 10th month of camp and the results speak for themselves: weight loss of 20 pounds, cholesteral down by 40 points, mile run time reduced by 2 minutes, and much improved strength/stamina. Best of all, I look and feel better. When I started camp, i expected to only do it for 1 or 2 months but as Greg explained this really is a lifestyle change. The other important part of this is the nutrition information we receive as campers. The whole experience is great and the people in camp are great and become friends. Greg really cares about the campers and wants everyone to be successful. It's three hours a week that I really look forward to.
