This is my first boot camp and i am loving it. I am slightly overweight but the trainer Greg is great, he does not let you quit and is very supportive and corrects you when your form is wrong. The other members are a great bunch of people to workout with, they are a friendly group. Everyone works at his/her own pace. I feel this boot camp will actually get me down to the weight i want to be, its alot better then going to a gym and not knowing if you doing the workout right or not. I highly recommend this program, rather you are in shape or like me, have to much shape...
