I considered myself pretty fit already so I was very skeptical about doing a group training session. I've also had five personal trainers over the last several years so I didn't expect to get anything new from this. I was wrong! Greg and the boot campers are a great support group and they keep you going every workout. Greg is always there to correct your form and he makes sure you get the most out of your workout. My muscle tone and body fat percentage is better than ever and I can acutally do more than ten push-ups now!
