This is my third month of working out in bootcamp and I have lost about 20 pounds already. This is not a fad diet but a lifestyle change to help you for the long run, not just until you get to a goal or date. Greg cares about your success and works to help you with your challenges if it is your diet, physical conditioning, or just need that extra push. The group works as a team to help support each other and the people are positive and motivting. Don't try and accomplish this in a gym, it would be far too difficult. Let Greg help.
