Responded to an ad for free consultation for dental implant. I was asked to give my insurance info so a pre approval could be submitted for the implant. They charged me $ 200.00 for a comprehensive exam that I never received and for the X-ray that was taken as part of the implant evaluation. I was never told any charges would be submitted on my insurance. They are very dishonest and I would not believe any of their advertising.
