This is the first time I have used any glass company. When I stopped by the store I was propmtly greeted by the staff, they were very quick to answer my questions and not just try to ""sell"" me the latest and greatest product. It is a refreshing change to feel like the goal of the company is too provide superior customer service instead of a large commision. I will be a loyal customer of The Glass Guru!
