its a long story, but eventually the second opinions i received confirmed, over time, that either my diagnoses were the result of incompetence, or i was being lied to.
also, they often treated me like a nuisance. no, i was not a whiny customer, nor an incessant caller. i was a patient, faithful customer over the course of a couple years.
