My dryer needed work, so I contacted this appliance repair service through the yellow pages. He was courteous on the phone, prompt arriving at my house housecall and quick in repairing the dryer, which only needed a new heating element.
Two weeks later the dryer starts doing the exact same thing as before, not heating up. Now, before I had called the first time, I did take the cover off the back of the dryer, and I removed and inspected the heating element. It was old, brittle and very worn. Imagine my surprise when after it quit working the second time and I removed the heating element again, and saw that it was the exact same heating element.
I called and talked to him, and he was adamantly persistent that he had indeed replaced the heating element and I was simply mistaken...his complete disregard for the truth was astounding.
Anyone reading this, do not use A+ appliance repair, and if you know anyone needing an appliance repaired, warn them against having A+ do it.
