I called this NoHo store simply to get an estimate to alter my suit jacket. The guy who answered snipped and said, ""Nothing if there isn't any fabric to lengthen."" I told him that there was fabric left and I wouldn't call to inquire about lengthening my sleeves if there wasn't, obviously. He quickly replied, ""I know, but sometimes we get calls from knuckleheads who don't realize these things."" These comments were unnecessary so I asked him if he could please give me an estimate and he rudely responded, ""You know what? NO!"" I was completely shocked at that response and how disrespectful he was! Totally rude and uncalled for. This business needs to either retrain him, even in common decency, courtesy, and respect, or just flat out fire him. I am NEVER doing business with them because of this one call. I admonish you all DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH J&M.
