My skin tends to be very sensitive and I break out a bit. I am also heading toward being 50 and need some anti aging work. Well....I had a facial 2 weeks ago at the Nutritionally Yours Spa and a plant based peel. My skin is so soft, I have not broken out at all, I am so pleased! I can't wait to go back next month for another one! And the added touch of a very nice foot massage after a long day of work really made my day.
