Where do I start? Well first of all I was told that the arrangement I had ordered came with a vase and it didn't. I called them back to an told him I wasn't happy with the order I got the manager on on the phone and they completely lied to me and said that my order did not come with a vase, that's not what i was told when I ordered, they have a $10 delivery fee which is outrages I WILL NEVER do business with them again, Oh by the way the arrangement looked like it was done by a 5 year old it was horrible and I was disappointed.
