There is a 33.6 percent increase for waste water.\r
Any increase of this magnitude is unjust and especially in this economy, is just downright criminal.\r
Currently, residents use well water .\r
THE CITY HAS NO WATER NOR SEWER LINES THAT BASICALLY DON'T WORK.
