This is the most expensive water company I have ever had- and I have lived in a lot of places. The charge astronomical amounts no matter how much you try to conserve, their customer service is awful, and they are so behind-the-times that they don't even take electronic checks at all or wire transfers. I guess they don't want their money that bad. They will absolutely not work with you no matter your situation- they do not care. This small town has no choice because they are the only water company here. That shouldn't be legal. I hate this city. Cops are awful here as well but I won't go on about that- anyone who lives here would know all about that. This is the worst city I've lived in as far as a community goes. Cannot WAIT to move!!!!!!
