Cliff works with a smile, really knows his art and pays careful attention to details. I've had Cliff remove stains from the carpet that I thought ""no way that's coming out!"" yet he does it.
He always seems to have the best equipment too. This is important because not only does it clean better, but it leaves your carpet dryer, and with his drying fans, by the time he's done the carpets are already dry, or will be shortly. No chemical smell, just nice clean carpets.
Years ago, Cliff was away on vacation and I was in a rush so I used another service. BIG MISTAKE. Once you've used Cliff's service you'll be spoiled, even if you don't know it. I've never made that mistake again! I just call Cliff.
