Dishonest shopkeeper. My order was 2 days late. When I called for a refund, they laughed at me. Then they said they would oblige. But, of course, no refund.\r

The flowers that did come 2 days late were terrible, and definately not what I had paid for. Ugly, wilted flowers, with 1 or 2 bulbs broken over.\r

I would love for one of these people to be honest, but they are crooks. At this point, I'm ready to call immigration to see if they are even running a legit shop.\r

Grow up, Flowers from the Heart and Gifts in Arlington, VA. Try to be better people.
