Only reason that I go to this place is it's my way home from work- parking is terrible though. Today I took back a pair of slacks that were not creased and the hem on one of the pant legs was undone(I didn't drop them off that way). I spoke with the clerk, who wasn't very friendly, and explained the reason for bringing my slacks back she explained that creases are only done upon request and as for the hem she'd have to check with the owner. After a few minutes she returned and said that owner agreed to crease the pants but he will not have the pants hemmed. I asked to speak with owner in person and when he finally came over to speak with me he was very defensive rather than apologetic or sympathetic. When I told him that I was a long time customer and I had referred several people he didn't seem to care. He wanted to charge me $3 to re-hem these slacks which were fairly new. That's not how you treat loyal customers!
