They cannot assist you in any way with insurance. You must pay & get reimbursed on your own. If insurance sends them the refund, Corporate office cashes the check and there is no way at all to confirm when you will be reimbursed as they use Telecheck for refunds. Your credit card company will have to dispute for you while you wait.
