My experience with Ridgeline Remodeling began when they did some remodeling work\r
for my parents, including two bathroom remodels and a full kitchen and family room remodel/\r
overhaul. They did such an amazing job, that when it came time for me to finish my basement, I\r
went straight to Steve Smyth and Ridgeline Remodeling. Steve came out to review my basement\r
and take measurements. He has a very professional attitude, but is also very easy to get along\r
with and has a great sense of humor. My husband had always dreamed of having a sports bar in\r
the basement, but I wanted a space to hang out as well. Steve listened to our needs and wants\r
for the space and our budget requirements, and within days, sent us a design that incorporated\r
everything we talked about as well as some improvements that made the space much more\r
functional and beautiful. He was able to incorporate the sports bar aspects, but also make it a\r
space where we could be comfortable hanging out for movie nights or get-togethers. Whether\r
you have a specific plan in mind, or if you have no idea where to start, Ridgeline Remodeling\r
does a great job creating beautiful and functional spaces. Steve can take your ideas and add his\r
own suggestions, or he can listen to your needs and wants and create a plan from scratch. He not\r
only designs the space, he also pays attention to the little details that make the space special.\r
When the work started, all of Ridgeline’s employees and subcontractors were courteous\r
and friendly. I always felt very comfortable having them in my home, whether I was at home or\r
had to go out while they were working. Ridgeline only contracts with the best. Each group of\r
workers, from the framers, to the drywallers, to the painters and tilers, were the best of the best.\r
They all pay attention to detail and do flawless work. They kept the work area clean and came\r
and went without causing any disruption to my routine. There were no problems passing city\r
inspections.\r

Another thing I appreciated about Ridgeline was they created an amazing space within\r
the budget I gave Steve. He stayed within my budget and was upfront about what was included\r
in his price, and what I would need to purchase myself. Wherever possible, Steve would offer\r
higher priced, mid-range, and budget friendly options. I could take those into account and decide\r
where I wanted to splurge a little and where I wanted to save some money.\r
Finally, I really appreciated that Steve was very prompt when responding to any\r
questions or concerns I had. If I wasn’t able to reach him, he would return my call very quickly,\r
usually within an hour or less.\r

In no time at all, we had an awesome basement to show off to the neighborhood. Even\r
though it is underground, it doesn’t feel like a basement. Everyone who comes over cannot\r
believe how beautiful and cool it is, and we are now proudly the place where the neighborhood\r
