I bought a firm mattress back in December and it turned out to be too firm for my wife. I also moved from North Las Vegas to Henderson and needed to exchange my firm mattress for something softer but not too soft. I almost bought another mattress but I was reminded by the store salesperson that I had an exchange option. So instead of buying another mattress, they just allowed me to exchange it for a pillow top mattress. Ultimately, I ended up buying another mattress for my guest bedroom too and they delivered to my new home. I would recommend this mattress store to everyone. They're honest and easy to deal with.
