Attended a FPS Course. Instructor did not fully cover anything and kept rescheduling classes(weekend) because of prior commitments and last minute changes. I was required by law to get 40 hours of A9 training. Instead, I got one hour on the range in which I was told that because I was a good shot, that I didn't have to get the rest of the range time in. A total rubber-stamp mill. Only reason I passed the test and fired well in front of the FPS Inspector is because the company I went through knew that I knew how to shoot from my previous certifications. This company needs to be out of business.
