Its the day after Valentines Day. No flowers ever showed up for my wife. I have not rceived a call with an apology or an offer to refund the $135.00. I have not received any response to the 2 emails I sent. Clearly this business doesn't care about its customers. Luckliy I was able to file a complaint with my Bank and they have refunded my and are opening an investigation. I also filed a consumer fraud complaint as well as a complaint with the Houst Better Business Bureau of which this company is not a member...inagine that...\r
