We have used this company on several occasions and have been pleased with the level of customer service until our most recent install. We had some concerns in regards to our install and called up Ed Day, the interior designer, to discuss the issues. Karen, the owner, returned our call. While we discussed our concerns she was defensive and did not provide any apology for our dissatisfaction. Additionally, she did not provide any solution, rather blaming our contractor for the error. She lacked empathy and did not display any concern for us. We will not use this business again nor will we recommend using this business.
