I have been going to the Merchant Plaza Hair Cuttery for a number of years to get my hair colored and cut. Shannon Freeby is the apparent new manager who has got rid of most of the old stylists with experience and replaced them with all these new people. It could not have been a worse experience going to get my hair cut. They cut my hair completely wrong and gave me the wrong color.
She confronted the stylist very unprofessionally on the spot and started yelling at the top of her lungs right in the middle of the salon. The young girl then ran to the back room, crying. The new manager does not know how to do haircuts nor how to fix hair. The manager was then very rude to me brushing off my complaint about my haircut saying it would grow back. She seemed completely bossy and disrespectful to everyone in the salon. Several customers got up and left after the engagement and walked straight out of their appointments. I will never go to that salon again. I do not recommend anyone to that Hair Cuttery location.
Save your hair – and go to a different location.
