I Went to Pet Doctors of America just to get my Cat spayed. At first when i went in to get a quote, the lady at the front desk told me $62 for female cats. when i got a 2nd quote a day before i was ready to do it, a month later, I was told $124... okay, so I decided to get it done anyway. you know, get it over with.
I was also required to pay over $100 MORE for her to get her updated vaccines... thats understandable. So as i was waiting at home for her to be done with her surgery, I get a call from the doctor telling me he had to give her another injection and gave me a reason why. Never asked me before he did it, never told me a price for it, or even that i had to pay for it.
As i go pick her up, im told to pay $42 on something that i didnt even authorize or agree to! I had no money on me, because I wasnt expecting to pay for any more services... no one informed me of anything! After i told them i was unaware that i needed to have some money with me when i pick her up, the doctor talks to me like im some convict thats trying to run out on a bill!
They are nice at first, but thats only so they can rob you of all your money later. Im never coming here again, because frankly I do not trust these people.
