I know this office for few years and I did refer few of my friends. All my referals complained of luck of communication or no communication. They were responsive at first when I call to assign the case to them after that I COULD FORGET ABOUT TALKING TO ANYONE EXCCEPT THE RECEPTIONIST. I recently assign a case to them and after my initial meeting with the paralegal over few month ago I did not heard from them. I called over six times and sent email and letter ask to call me back but no one was curtious enough to pick up the
phone and update me of what going on or send me to a specialist to check my injury. I have to say, one time i got some one on the phone who could not answer my question promise to check and call me back and never did. I will
never refer my firends to them ever and I am very
disappointed. I guess communication is not a priority in this office and if you decide to hire this office I wish you good luck.
