Stopped in without an appointment and was warmly greeted by Mary...got a quick quote for my car (took less than 10 minutes tops), and that the part would be available that same day, at a cost well below what I thought. Actually they gave me a cost of the deluxe model and the basic model with no pressure to upgrade. Over all a great place to do business. Showroom has great windows, shower doors, mirrors, etc
