I have, to date, purchased two machines from Discover Sewing (a serger and embroidering machine, both Husqvarna), attended their classes, stopped by just to ask the wonderful ladies a question I may have, and I could not be happier with my products or the customer service! There are four locations and I'm lucky enough to be fairly central to three of these. I've visited the Alpharetta location inside Joann's fabric, the Duluth location off of Sugarloaf Pkwy, and the Sandy Springs store, again, always with a great experience. It's obvious that their employees love what they do and they enjoy being at 'work,' and this always has a huge impact on customer service. I'm going to pick up my newest machine purchase on Monday and I can't wait to get my hands on it and visit with the ladies! If you're looking for a place to fulfill your sewing/quilting/embroidery needs, pay them a visit, and you won't be disappointed.
