In April of 2011 Quench salesman fooled one of my employees into leasing a water cooler for $60.00 per month. She thought she was purchasing the cooler which might be worth $100.00. We actually paid about $200 at the time of instalation. Then Quench never sent out any invoices for the monthly lease, knowing we would cancel when we found out it was a lease rather than a purchase. After never sending any prior invoices they turned $600 bill over to a collection agency.
