I've been working with Tile Showcase on a number of bathroom projects over the last month, mostly with sales reps in their Watertown location. The customer service has been abyssal. In addition, while their project range looks large in the open, well-lit showrooms, it is significantly smaller than what is available at local competitors. I have pulled my remaining orders away from Tile Showcase and will not be doing business with them in the future.
