We bought a Boston Terrier from Carrie four years ago when she set up shop in Yelm. The little guy ended up sick, and Carrie refunded us almost the entire amount of the vet bill we payed. I was awestruck that someone would do this.
Since then, Carrie has switched from selling puppies to helping dogs from California's rescue programs. The dogs she has now are brought in from down south, and she makes sure they are ready for good homes.
We have had nothing but positive experiences with Carrie. She is not only nice, but she has taken many dogs into her own home who could not go out, including a blind dog. She does care about animals.
