Company responded quick initially. Slow to follow up on warranty and never followed up on a separate repair quote for a separate building. I was told that the repair would be done by Friday of that week and that was several weeks ago. We were also told the warranty issue on our home is not an actual roof issue. However it is the issue that the insurance adjuster sited to approve the initial work. As I am not a roofer I will need to contact another company to verify where day light showing through roof seems is a problem or not. I did not feel I was a priority to this company and I would not use this company again.
