I went in hoping they could help me find my dress fast, because my wedding is in less than 5 months. I had an appointment but they took walk-ins instead of my bridal party and myself. We were on time for OUR appointment mind you. Once we were finally taken back 20 minutes AFTER our appointment was supposed to start, they cut us loose and told us to find our own dresses. I thought consultants are supposed to help you find something for you. They know the store better than you do and know the styling of the dresses that they carry there. Well finally after another 20 minutes of searching on our own for the correct sizes We were looking for our consultant so we could try on dresses and she was helping another group of people. Not that i mind that but if you have an app. I would think the store wouldn't double(or in our case triple) book the girl. So we ended up waiting another 10 minutes before finally getting a room to try on. My bridesmaids and me. All four of us. One 4x4 foot room. While i waited for everybody else to get into their dress I asked the consultant if she could help me get into mine once the room cleared because it had some extra strap i didn't know where it went and she said yes, but then when it was time for me to get in my dress my bridal party couldn't find her at all! So one of my bridesmaids went to the front to ask where she had gone or if they had even seen her, and they let us know she thought she was done with our party and all the others and had gone on her break. It was extremely disappointing. So we took off all the dresses, hung them back up in their bags and just walked out of the busy store empty handed. Worst dress trying experience ever.
