Wow, here goes. Everything about this place is awful. We ordered takeout around 8pm on new years eve for my wife's birthday, as well we ordered pasta and some sides. The food was over cooked and the pizza was terrible, and not cheap either. Seeing as though it was NYE, we waited a few days and sent them an email outlining the experience, The manager Ben wrote us back and apologized, giving us a $30 dollar credit to try the food again. I called back tonight to use the credit, only to be stood up via phone and deliveryman. Three hours later the manager on duty called me back and gave me a run around about policies and such, then begin to elude to the fact that he had no recollection of anyone contacting us via email or no record of our credit in the system. He then begin to question our conversation, mainly making me feel like I was trying to scam a pizza from them, mind you I have email correspondence of them giving us the credit. Then as I started to get noticeably upset on the phone he told me that I was being recorded and that i Should watch what I say. He then went on to say that this was a family establishment and that Me, or ""my kind of people"" as he referred to me as, are not the kind of people they would like to do business with. Bottom line, the food is sub par, i don't know what I was thinking giving this place a second chance, and the Management, mainly the manager on duty, has the worst customer service/ life skills of anyone I have ever shared a phone line with. From the looks of the reviews, the food and its crappy management, this place should eventually hang itself.
