We visited this dealer on 2/25/2012 after viewing a CPO we were interested in on line. We were greeted by Dave Hoke as soon as we entered the dealership. He was polite, professional and personable. While it was a busy Saturday, he treated us as if we were the only people there. We did not feel rushed for time, he offered us a beverage, he asked/listened to our needs. He took us right to the vehicle we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and very excited about the VW brand. The atmosphere in this dealership was very conducive to buying a vehicle. All other employees we came in contact with (Service Advisor, F&I, Cashier) were all friendly and treated us well. We sincerely left there feeling like part of their family. The total experience was enjoyable and refreshing. We highly recommend Dave Hoke and this dealership.
