Unfortunately Secure Data Recovery has god awful customer service. I spoke to a customer service rep at this company who started yelling at me because I had dropped off my laptop with them instead of just the hard drive. Even if they are good at what they do (they never were able to get any information back for me) I didn't see the brilliant service everyone else wrote about. With so many companies like this one, find a more reliable place.
