Caused a significant amount of damage to our furniture. My experience with Jordan River was incredibly upsetting. We moved from Connecticut to Washington and when we had our furniture delivered to us, we were shocked to find that our flat-screen TV was smashed, our coffee table was completely scratched (the movers had never wrapped it), the wooden frame of our couch was destroyed, as well as one of our floor lamps. The men that moved our furniture in also noted that they were shocked a granite coffee table top hadn't broken as it hadn't been wrapped properly. To make matters worse, their third-party claim service has continually lied to us. We've received documentation late (if at all) and when we finally received the offer of settlement back from the claims processing service, the letter included a number of statements that simply weren't true. We had a truly distressing experience with this mover and I would caution anyone from using their services.
