Lander Electric Service Llc. is excellent to work with. I own several rental properties in Tacoma, and I've used them for at least 2-3 rentals that have had issues and needed to be dealing with. The front office is very good, and communicate with me if there are any changes in scheduling. The guys that I've been involved with have been great and really easy to work with.
