I live on the West Coast and purposely found a local florist in Alexandria so that I would not have any issues. Well my friend had surgery on February 22 and the get well bouquet was suppose to be delivered the same day. It is now 8:15pm est on February 23rd and she still does not have the bouquet. I contacted the business and some guy answered saying ""I'm at home I can't tell you what happened."" ""Only reason I answer when I am at home in case of an emergency."" He was unhelpful, did not apologize or try to give me any kind of solution. My card was charged on February 22nd and yet I have no flowers nor do I have any explanation. The guy who answered could have said I will look into immediately and get back to you, can I call you tomorrow... something but instead he acted as if I screwed up by calling him at home. How am I to know their number is forwarded to their home?!?!
