very dissapointed my almost 40 dollar order was delivered 45 minutes late and soggy and cold the young lady said a hour to 45 minutes and it was more like almost 2 hours with kids screaming i called and still no food finally when it arrived i asked about a discount and the owner informed me they dont do that after dealing with a disrespectful teenage driver and a owner who has no customer service skills i will not be ordering from this resturant again. I love their food when on rare occasion it actually comes hot and fresh but this is just the straw that broke the camels back. I have been a loyal customer for 13 years and its only getting worse every time i order. Please show this resturant to either shape up or ship out let them know that loyal customers and new customers expect good service and if they cant deliver then we wont keep patronizing them and let them learn customer service the hard way. unhappy customers equal a failing business lets stick togeather
